Brompton Subscription - FAQ

What’s included in my subscription? 

A Brompton bike, fully insured, with complimentary service every 6 months. Reach out to customer service to arrange your 6-month service appointment.

What Brompton will I receive?

Our subscription fleet consists of fully serviced and maintained Brompton C Line Explore folding bike. Most are new or gently used.

When will I receive my bike?

Your bike will be shipped out within 3-5 business days. Once shipped you will receive an email with the detailed tracking information from FedEx. If you will not be home to sign for delivery, you can use the tracking number on the FedEx Delivery Manager page (FedEx Delivery Manager® | FedEx) to hold your order at a nearby FedEx location for pickup at your earliest convenience.

Are there size options?

Bromptons are unique in that they are one-size-fits-most! They fit most adults on earth from 4'8" to 6'2" with a super adjustable seatpost and comfortable riding position. To check if you'll fit our subscription bikes, measure your inside leg length. If this length is between 26 to 35 inches, you're good to ride!

What happens if my bike requires service or gets a flat tire? 

We provide a free service every 6 months, simply reach out to customer service. If you get a flat or need service in between, you will be responsible for the cost of the service. Just drop in at your local bike shop.

How should I lock my Brompton? 

You don’t need to – it folds up so you can always take your Brompton with you.

What should I do if my Brompton is stolen?

File a police report and contact customer service immediately. See Terms & Conditions for more details.

What do I do if my Brompton is damaged beyond repair?

Contact customer care to arrange for the damaged bike to be sent back for inspection. See Terms & Conditions for more details.

How do I cancel my subscription? 

To cancel your subscription and stop recurring payments on the Brompton Subscription Website, look for the "Manage Subscriptions" link in small text below the login area.

We will reach out to you with the next steps - including return boxing instructions and a return shipping label. Once you have your label, please drop off at your local FedEx location.

By holding onto the box, you'll be able to:

Save Time: Using the original box means you won't have to search for suitable packaging materials when it's time to send the bike back.
